Full-Price
Contact us within 14 days. Choose one eligible exchange or AxonFit Reward Credit.
Sale Items
Ordinary Sale Items follow the same option, based on the discounted price actually paid.
Clearance & Final Sale
No change-of-mind return. Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.
Faulty or Incorrect
Contact us promptly. There is no fixed 14-day limit for a valid ACL claim.
CHANGE OF MIND
You have 14 days
to let us know.
For an eligible Full-Price or Sale Item, email us within 14 calendar days after delivery. Once approved, send it back within 7 calendar days using our instructions.
Unworn other than briefly tried on indoors
Unwashed, unused, unaltered and free from marks
Original tags, hygiene seals, accessories and packaging
Change-of-mind returns receive one exchange or AxonFit Reward Credit — not a refund to the original payment method.

Pack securely and follow our instructions. A tracked service is recommended.
Inspection & outcome
We aim to inspect within 5 business days and process approved outcomes promptly.
RETURN COSTS
Who pays for
postage?
Return costs depend on why the item is coming back.
Change of mind
You pay return postage. For an exchange, you also pay the reasonable re-delivery charge disclosed before processing.
Faulty, incorrect or damaged
If a covered problem is confirmed, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs as applicable.
PAYMENTS & REWARDS
Refunds, Reward Credit
& Axon Points.
The outcome follows the reason for the return and the way the order was paid.
CHANGE OF MIND
One exchange or AxonFit Reward Credit.
ACL REFUND
Money returns through the applicable original payment provider.
MIXED PAYMENT
The money and Reward Credit components are handled separately.
AXON POINTS
Axon Points earned on a returned or refunded item are reversed.
PROMOTIONAL COUPONS
Not normally reinstated unless their terms or law require it.
RETURN-ISSUED REWARD CREDIT
Valid for three years from issue unless a longer period is stated or required by law.
Credit validity: AxonFit Reward Credit created by converting Axon Points does not expire. Return-issued Reward Credit has a separate three-year validity.

Change-of-Mind
Exclusions
Some items cannot be returned when you simply change your mind. These exclusions do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
These items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Australian Consumer Law rights still apply where relevant.
For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned for change of mind where packaging or hygiene seals have been opened.
Drinkware and towels must remain unused, unwashed and sealed where applicable.
Products made or altered specifically for you are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
These items are not normally returnable or refundable unless their terms or applicable law require otherwise.
