When is my order accepted?
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, but the contract is generally formed when Axonfit accepts and dispatches the order.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact support as soon as possible. We will try to help, but a change or cancellation is not guaranteed after warehouse processing has started.
How are refunds processed?
Approved monetary refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Rewards, coupons or store-credit components are handled under the applicable policy rules.
Do promotions have separate rules?
Yes. Discount codes, sale events, rewards, bundles, gifts and competitions may have additional terms shown with the relevant promotion.
What law applies to these terms?
