Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, but the contract is generally formed when Axonfit accepts and dispatches the order.
Contact support as soon as possible. We will try to help, but a change or cancellation is not guaranteed after warehouse processing has started.
Approved monetary refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Rewards, coupons or store-credit components are handled under the applicable policy rules.
